Composition: Blueberry (leaf), Ceylon Cinnamon (bark), Olive (leaf), Milk Thistle, Gymnema sylvestre (leaf).

Directions for use: Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons in 250 ml of simmering water for 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy 2 to 3 times a day, preferably after meals.
